QUESTION #1 - I live in California can I purchase the National Package instead of the California Package, what’s the difference?

A: The laws in California are different than most other states. There are common threads however to get the PERMANENT break that is disclosed in the Little Black Book you must purchase the California Package. The National Package is only partially helpful in California and won’t help you save the money you truly can. Remember if you’re not happy with it, you can send it back and we will refund you 100%! QUESTION #2 - Okay so is this a good package for me? I don’t know anything about property taxes.
A: Property taxes aren’t simple. That’s why I’ve gone through and given you a definition for every term. I walk you thru the process from beginning to end. All the ins and outs are explained. I give you all the answers so you’ll know exactly what needs to be done. I am not a lawyer and do not know your specific situation so there maybe some solutions that may need a lawyers review. My goal is to take you from having no information to being completely informed and knowing ALL your options.


QUESTION #3 - What if I'm already an experienced with property taxes and have owned my home for years - is there really anything new I'll learn?
