Hi, I’m Valerie Faltas, your Property Tax Expert and a Certified Property Tax Appraiser. I worked for the Los Angeles County Assessor’s Office for over four years and during that time I assessed over 6,000 properties. Additionally, I was a licensed residential fee appraiser in California.
I left working for the Assessor because I knew I could help home owners save thousands every year and I couldn’t share how to do that while I worked there.
I left a comfortable position to make these little known
loopholes widely known in order to help home owners save their hard earned money and ultimately to help people keep their homes.
I was first exposed to Real Estate when I became the administrator of my father’s estate at the age of 19. I facilitated probate (oversaw the distribution of assets) and was the property manager. I also have a bachelor’s of science in Business Administration from the University of California at Riverside.
I bought my first property at the age of 23 and took advantage of the market as it was climbing. As a successful real estate investor my experience as a California

I attended law school and through my education and experience gained a
comprehensive understanding of California Property Tax Law and created this company to pass this knowledge and insight on to you.
